Cornbread
Recipe: JBlack
Cream:
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
Add:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
Mix lightly. Bake in a 9 X 13 pan at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
A family favorite. I made this for New Year's to go with soup. It was a hit! Very moist and flavorful and not too crumbly.
