Really good, easy sandwich. Perfect use for leftover pizza toppings.
Italian bread
mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup sliced pepperoni
1/3 cup sliced olives
bottle of roasted red sweet pepper strips
2 TBSP pizza sauce
Assemble sandwich and cook in panini maker or grill in skillet.
