Snickers Pie

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 TBSP white sugar
6 TBSP butter

Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients and press firmly in a 9" pie pan.

Fudge Layer:
6 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter

Mix flour, bp & salt. Set aside. Melt chocolates with butter, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.

Meanwhile beat 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 egg white in a medium bowl until slightly thickened. To this mixture add 1 tsp. vanilla extract and cooled chocolate mixture. Mix well until blended. Stir in dry ingredient mixture & mix until combined. Pour mixture into crust & bake for about 17 mins, or just until set. Cool on rack for 10 mins.

Cut slices of 4 (2.16 ounce) bars of snickers and place candy bar slices on top of the fudge layer.

Cream Cheese Layer:
10 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Beat cream cheese & sugar until blended. Add egg & vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread mixture over candy bars and bake for 15 mins, or until set. Cool on rack.

Garnish:
2 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
2 TBSP heavy whipping cream

In a small saucepan stir milk chocolate & whipping cream over low heat until smooth. Drizzle over pie. Refrigerate & serve chilled.
